1,5 hours with your Mentor and coach to deepen your relationship with yourself and Earth through an explorative practice. Together you will use breathwork, meditations, guided visualisations and Interactive Guided Imagery℠ to make your inner world come alive.
If you’d like the sessions focus on a particular area or theme that you would like enlightened or we can begin in the practice of opening up a space wherein the greater intelligence of life can serve up what is most needed at this time.
